Raised on a ranch in New Mexico, Spencer Norris learned the value of hard work, integrity, and treating people right from an early age. Working cattle, building fences, and helping maintain ranch operations instilled a strong work ethic and practical problem-solving skills that continue to guide him today.

After graduating high school, Spencer attended Abilene Christian University and New Mexico State University before beginning a career in the electrical industry. As a fourth-generation electrician, he grew up in his family’s electrical contracting business and went on to spend more than 15 years working on commercial, industrial, and Department of Defense projects. In 2020, he relocated to Oklahoma and worked as a Journeyman Electrician for the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences.

Driven by a lifelong passion for aviation, Spencer later attended Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, where he earned his Commercial Pilot Certificate with single-engine and multi-engine ratings. During that time, he also obtained his Oklahoma real estate license and discovered a profession that combined his passion for helping people, solving problems, and building relationships.

Today, Spencer works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Tulsa area. His diverse background in ranching, skilled trades, aviation, and real estate allows him to connect with clients from many different walks of life while bringing a practical, solutions-focused approach to every transaction.
